Great service have used before

Great products, but you can’t trust TradeInn to deliver on time, second week in a row ordered products that took over a week to deliver.

I have ordered a set of lacoste since August 18th and it still shows me that it is in the Netherlands since then...why??? I have paid €170, please give an explanation...from Greece

Ordered an item which clearly stated it is in stock with a n expected delivery date some 4/5 days later, with shipping cost of 9.99. No delivery so checked site only to find they have changed delivery date by over a week. Contact them only to be told the item is not in stock and not in their warehouse. Very poor service, very poor.

Before you get a return label you are asked for €7,99! That is from the service point a disaster!

Shoppers from Switzerland STAY AWAY!!! This shop pretends to be a Swiss online shop - a little Swiss flag at the top of the screen, prices in Swiss Francs, claim to deliver with Swiss Post. This is deliberately deceptive. Once you place an order and get the tracking number you realise that they are shipping from the Netherlands with the NL post, which for a Swiss customer means significant additional customs and administrative fees, not to mention delivery delays. When I wrote to the customer service asking for clarification on this issue and why they are not transparent about this, they evaded giving a clear response. Stop scamming customers. Be clear about where you are shipping from.

Good price, easy to purchase and delivered as expected so all good!!

I bought a product that costs less than R5000 and i am from South Africa and paid the shipping fee. But now when i go to the post office i am required to pay an extra R2000. Making the product to be twice the money i wouldn't have paid in the original shop of the product. Please i would advice people to stay away from this shop. Mind you i bought the product for winter and it took 3 months for it to arrive and now it is already summer. If you are from other countries, especially in Africa please stay away from this shop it is a scam.

An "in stock" item with an expected delivery date of the start of August now has an updated estimated delivery date of 20th November.
I'm pretty sceptical that it'll even arrive by then.
Either misleading or completely incompetent. Either way, look elsewhere
